Payment

For orders outside the European Union, payment can only be accepted in Sterling and the delivery address must be in the UK.
The billing address provided must be the same as the address to which your card is registered.
Please note that we will not despatch goods until payment has been received (and in the case of cheques, until the cheque has cleared).
Payment will appear on your statment as 'Born Gifted Ltd'

Your Card Security

At NameAGift.co.uk, we guarantee that you will be able to shop with complete confidence. Your card details are encrypted and dealt with by WorldPay and are not accessible by anyone at Name A Gift.co.uk. You will receive an e-mail receipt from WorldPay and e-mail confirmation from us of your order.

Pricing and VAT

Prices are inclusive of VAT at 20% where applicable.

P&P and Delivery

UK DELIVERY

We offer FREE UK- wide delivery, regardless of how many items you buy. An estimate of delivery time will be provided within the detailed information on the product. Please note this is only an estimate to give you an indication of how long on average you may expect for delivery. Royal Mail may be slow at busy times. We can never guarantee delivery times so please allow plenty of time when placing your order. We do not class an item as missing until 28 days have passed.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY

We can offer next day delivery on some products. The parcel will be sent Special Delivery. Please select Next Day Delivery as you go through final Checkout. This costs an extra £6.95.

Returns Policy

Unfortunately, unless faulty, we cannot accept returns of personalised items. Please ensure that you have provided us with the correct personalisation details (eg names/dates etc) as we cannot be held responsible for mistakes once the item has been personalised.

Please do not post items back to us without first informing us so we can give you a returns number.
